Finally found my truck

Bolt pattern on that 1990 D150 I believe is a 5 bolt 5" circle. Not sure when they changed it to that. My dad had an 81 D150 with 5 bolt 4&1/2" pattern. I think 5 on 5" is the same as a Chevy truck.

Thought the chevy used 6 bolts.

1/2 ton 2wd Chevy and GMC truck up thru 1970 ,and 1/2 ton Chevy and GMC 4x4 all the way up to at least 1999 used a 6 bolt pattern.

Half ton 2wd Chevy and GMC from 1971 up to at least 1999 went to 5 bolt 5"

also the rounded body RWD Chevy caprice and impala SS went 5 bolt 5" circle.

About the time 1/2 ton ram pickups went to 5 bolt 5" circle, the 1/2 ton ram vans also went to the same bolt circle. Dakota pickups thru the late 80s I believe kept a standard 5 bolt 4&1/2" circle until the more aerodynamic longer front came out with the factory available 318 V8, then they switched to a 6 lug pattern.
