FINALLY GOT IT BACK!

Went to body shop yesterday to check on progress. I bought a front clip and he spliced in the spots where there were inner fender exit headers. car still has decals from Indy 1971. trunk lid used to say "Farrells sooner or later" Farrells is where my dad was service manager, and where car came from. Little did I know it would be 49 years later! LOL !

Went to body shop. Tubs came out nice! Happy with the stock look with the braces. Also picked up original carpet from car! Going to clean it up and use it!

This is the original 49 year old front carpet! The passenger side was probably used less than 10 times. I found one small hole in the drivers side and realized it was from the clutch pedal!! Lol

Hole in the carpet is for the high beam switch.

Reminds me of the Drag Mart car that was around winnipeg in the 70’s. A school buddy’s dad owned it.

Brian I know what that hole is lol! There is a real small one you can’t see that is where the clutch pedal hit if you enlarge pic you can see it!
