Finding ownership history for a canada car

My Barracuda is a canada export car. I was wondering if any of you guys with export cars to canada have found out the past owners. I'm curious to see, possibly they may have some interesting info on the car.

For the most part your kinda scrwed as the privacy laws here keep you from going to the Registration office and tracking owners down. Its also not mandatory to keep track of mileage either.

I have info on the original owner and selling dealership and even I can't do much in findign anyone who knew of the car short of word of mouth.
