Just a suggestion.. Try a heat gun or hair dryer on the headliner where the sags are and they may come out. Don't overheat the material, just warm it up and let it cool. This was suggested to me by a professional upholsterer and it worked great!

ok thanks ill have to buy or barrow a hair dryer been bald for 20 some years lol heat gun ? might have one
