First head swap!

Took advantage of Promaxx Black Friday sale and excellent customer service (seriously- huge help in answering my question and changing springs to suit my needs) and placed an order for a set of the Maxx series today.

Now as a disclaimer- I’ve never pulled off a set of heads before. Not just BB Mopar, ANY head, so I’d like to avoid making stupid mistakes if possible. Looking for tips, tricks etc from the pro’s. Anyone who has ran angled plugs (pretty sure the Eddy’s have them too) with Schumacher headers, please put my mind at ease because the plugs are already TIGHT to get to.

I don’t think so. The rep said my valve train components and RPM intake should bolt right up.

Yes they will. It’s the exhaust that has the raised ports. Happy Thanks Giving to u buddy. Kim

Also, ordered head studs, and trying to decide what gaskets to get. I might just order a full engine set since the car is going to be sitting most of the winter anyway and it will give me a chance to go through everything... which means lots more “first time doing xxxx” threads from me!
