first motor build help?!?

Well I have a '76 318 in my '70 valiant and I was looking at craigslist and there's a guy selling a '73 318 with 360 heads on it for $40 he sent me info on the engine and here it is " It is clean, not much oil on it. The heads are the 465 casting, which is the same as the J-heads, just newer. They do not have the crappy A.I.R. tubes in the heads" does it sound worth it?
