I put this 73 rubber mat in my 64 wagon. I knew the trans hump was going to
be too loose - at least it was not the other way around, and too tight. I stuffed exta insulation above the hump, so at least it looks decent
The original mat's seat holes do not show. The high beam switch fits well. The early A's back seat is not quite same shape as later ones so there ends up being a little
lack of material where the mat meets the earlier back seat by the doors. I had to patch in a bit of mat ( last photo ).
OVerall, the width seems pretty good, and floor well depth is OK.
It is a little lumpy on the floor, but that's in part because I have a lot of insulation down.

I will warn anyone considering buying an old mat that the rubber is not as strong as it used to be, so be careful as it can crack.
