Fixing lock mechanism small window

I had a broken anchor bolt on my small side window, and found a solution to fix it:

Next step was to drill a centerhole, i made template on my lathe to find the center:

Next step was to fabricate a duplicate of the bolt including the attaching bolt. The hole in the window was taped and the bolt screwed in. After that, i made the half cut to the bolt and mounting the lever
