Hi all
Working on my 68 cuda vert floors. The rear floor corners (under the back of the rear seats) are rotted right in the corners, about 4" square. Very solid aroun the holes so I would like to just cut out the affected area and weld in new corners. Problem is I have no way to fab new corners and don't find them on any panel repl. sites. Any ideas?
Thanks

No, sorry. My antique digital camera **** the bed and I haven't got a replacement yet.

Are you talking about the step up where the rear seat sits. I got the same problem as you I think. Here is a pic of my Duster.

That the area?

Yep, the corner is rotted out. Strangely enough it is real good all around it. I recall seeing, at some point in time, a piece of fabricated steel that would work to weld in but my poor feeble old mind can't come up with where it was. Cab corner for a truck? Who knows.
