Floor shift steering columns 68-69

Hey All, a friend is looking for a floor shift steering column, non power steering, for a 69 Dart. What are the differences between 68 and 69 columns and power/ non power steering? P/NP are different lengths? which is longer?

Power steering gear is approx. 3 inches longer than the manual gearbox. Therefore the steering shafts are different by 3 inches ( power being the shorter ).
