Floor shift steering piece and bearing

Don't know what it's called, but I need the whole piece that sits on top of the steering column. My car is a 4 speed so I need the floor shift version.

Don't need the ignition key cylinder, but it needs to have the hole so I can put one in.

Also, in need of the plastic bearing for the bottom of the shaft.

I have the top pieces for the steering column, with the lever to remove the key, and the decal that says "to remove key-depress lever & turn key". I'll have to get them out, I can get pics if you want, I'm about an hour away from Pittsburgh. Let me know if you are interested.
