floor shift

Hey i have a 72 dart swinger. I wanna change the coloum shift to a floor shift. How and what type of shift kit would be wise??? What brand also. Would it be hard?

I changed my 68 B'cuda over using Mopar original type parts. Are you asking about that, or an aftermarket shifter?
