Finished gathering all the parts i need to do a collumn to floor shift conversion, was just wondering if anyone knows what diameter the linkage hole shown in this pic on the side of the tunnel is supposed to be. (not my car in the pic)

Factory 67 dart

I know the caliper is a bit over kill
Im going with 2.75 hole saw OR if you know an electrician see if he has a 2.75 hole punch, MUCH cleaner hole!

I didn't own a 3 inch hole saw but did have a 1.375 and a 2.0. Thus the hole in the floor looks a little like a 2 ball snowman. Well not exactly. Center mark at center of 3 inch. Another center punch at 7/8" from there. Cut 1.375 hole first, then 2" hole. Enough of the hole is large enough to maneuver the drop rod in. Double check my math. Smaller hole shouldn't take out 2nd center mark. Just pictured partial eclipse in my old brain.
