So here in CO it got down to -20 or so this past week, and now more than half the people I come across are sick (including me). Any of you guys battling influenza right now, or happen to know some good natural medicines to help cope with it? I only mention it because this is the third time I've caught the flu while living here and this time has been the most difficult to deal with and is taking the longest to get over. Of course I lazed-out on getting a flu shot earlier in the season, a mistake I'm not about to make a fourth time...
