I recently got my 72 swinger with power steering rolling. When I got it the power steering cap was missing. When I put it on I drained the fluid and put new fluid in. Now when I look in it looks milky like there is moisture in it. Is there a good way to flush it or should I suck what I can out of it and add new till it cleans up? Thanks
