Flywheel questions

Every time I start to think I am getting a handle on moparts, I find I need to learn more!!

Now that I'm going with a 833, I realized I need aflywheel. The question is what size and teeth?

Engine is a 70 340, 6 bolt crank. Street driven and there will be a few smoky burnouts.

Also would like to hear what clutch/press. plate set ups you like forthe street.

these guys deal in Centerforce, Hayes and Mcleod and they'll need to know whether your crank is cast or forged, probably forged.

130 tooth flywheel

I have centerforces in a couple of cars and like them.

Make sure the flywheel (130 tooth) is for an internally balanced 340.

Centerforce II is a great street set-up.
