Fold down rear seat question

Will a fold down rear seat fit in a non fold down car? The seat is out of a 73+ Duster and I'd like to put it in my 71 but don't know if they're compatable.

Very hard to change.

Back cushion latches are welded to inner whell house.
Parcel shelf is different
Cross bracing is non-existant in fold down cars.
Both cushions are different

Etc, etc.
