Formula-S Hood Plaques

Does anyone know a good source for restorations on a pair of 68 Formula-S hood Plaques? What color was painted around the 340-S? I've been told red and have been told black??
Also, does anyone know where to find a complete set of deck trim?

I took a long look at mine and have no signs of red ever being present, If there was any color other than the textured silver it must have been black.
