1970 440-6 727 PK3410672, VIN 0A157316. Updated pic and VIN. Anyone know if this car still exists?

0A so from a 1970 B-body built at Lynch Road (Not from a Charger though, those were St. Louis)

Looks like 0A 157316 to me?

Can you get a photo in better focus?
 
I look at this type of stuff more than anyone I know, glad to help.
