That's about twice the grunt of a VW diesel I had. 50+ mpg, but acceleration was measured with an hourglass. It couldn't spin a tire in six inches of snow.Less than a 100 hp, and less than 150 lbft torque. How far back would traffic be backed up behind this thing?
that engine with an A833OD might not be too bad.....my 76, stock 225 1bbl (rated at 101 net HP and 170 net torque), A833OD and 3.23's does fine with everyday traffic and freeway speeds all while getting 25+mpgI would have never known you could have got something like that
