I purchased a 71 Owners manual with "misc papers" among the papers is the Consumer Information print out for a 71 Plymouth Scamp. Last four of the VIN is 0534, if you're a '71 Scamp owner with those last 4, hit me up, we'll get your paperwork squared away (if the rest of the VIN matches).
