My wife made these for me about 15 yrs.ago. They are made with heavy vinyl on outside and soft weather resident fabric on inside. These are not pretty. They are stained with paint patina as I used them to cover wheels on several of my projects while doing body work. No rips or tears. Great to cover your wheels & tires while your classic is being stored, you are working on her or while transporting. Will ft up to 15 in. wheel tire combos.
