Frame rail pics and wire help

Heres the pics of the fraim rail also I dont know where the two white wires in the pic go they are on the harness that goes to the alt one has a spade one has a push on boot. Also the green/ blue one does that go to the starter? because im not sure what wire goes to the small post on the starter. Also please dont beat me up to bad on the frame rail it was my first time seems real strong though. :blob:

You fixed a frame rail on a slant six four door. Most people wouldda just let that slide. Looks good to me.

If you can't find the answer on the wiring here, try asking on SlantSix.org. There's a bunch of wiring gurus over there as well. I'd help if I knew, but I yanked all my wiring over a year ago and I'm going full custom harness. :-/
