front fender question

I need a new passenger front fender for my 69 Dart. I saw somewhere that I can buy a replacement one and it was kind of pricy. Does that come with the headlight assembly in it, or do I need to transfer mine to the new one?

It should. The headlight bucket is part of the fender and is not a separate peace. So it should come with it.
