front hood stop nut

This nut/threaded washer that is connected to the top of the fender inside the engine bay that is used with the adjustment bolt/rubber bumber for the hood stop.

This weard shaped thin adjustment nut does'nt look welded from the factory,
I think it has 4 tabs in a cross pattern on the side of the nut that secure it to the fender. If this makes since.

Are there after market parts or is this a used part only.

They`re readily available in the aftermarket, usually found with body bumper kits but can also be had individually. Here`s a pair from www.jacksautoparts.com for $5.95.
