Front,rear,or center sump oil pan???

Im going to put a late model 5.9 mag into my 66 Cuda and just getting together a "gotta git " list. Not sure what pan will be needed. John

I think you need a center sump from a 360 car

I don't know the answer, so.....will the pan from the original 273 fit?

No, you'll need a pan from 360. An oil pan from a 273, 318 or 340 will not fit the 5.9. Hope this helps!
