Front seat belt latches

Ok, so my front seats do not have a latch for the belts to connect to. Is there anywhere to buy just the latches themselves? I've been looking online and have only found a complete kit for the belts and latches. Not the biggest deal if I have to buy the whole kit but if I don't have to spend the extra that'd be nice.
 
Is this for a Duster? Do you have the outboard seatbelt retractor and maybe missing the inboard belt?

:scratch: A little more info would help us help you....
 
Yes my apologies. It's for a 74 Duster. Both driver and passenger B pillar mounted retracting portions of the belts are there. I do not have the inboard portions as you stated. :)
