This is the deal.I have the dreaded low hanging headers on my Dart.My front shocks are almost new.Going over some dips in the road the left tube hits, ouch should of went TTi I know now.The front is set at a height that I like.So is there a stiffer front shock for our A bodies.Or what else can be done.

Get a set of stiffer torsion bars, then set them at the same ride height. Shouldn't be relying on the compression dampening to resist bottoming out. A cheaper but more ghetto solution is to have higher bump stops. So it bottoms out on the bumps stop before the headers hit the ground. That will probably kill the shocks pretty quick though.

It's the low headers; shocks won't help.Shocks just stabilize the bouncing.

I agree just,at the time of buying headers the TTI were out of my budget, guessss I will have to watch out for those dips in the road more. Thanks guys.
