Fuel line

Need some feedback / going to replace 5/16 steel fuel line , and fuel system , replaced fuel tank with a fuel cell , bought new fuel filter , and electric fuel pump , and a relay switch , trying to decide on fuel lines , want to run 1/2 from pump to a cool can ( back to front ) of car, will be using 8An SS braided from cool can to regulater to carb filter then 6An braided fuel line on carb , so hears my question what type on line would you use from cell to motor SS braided , steel line , or Aluminim thanks for feed back in advance Z_daddy

Go with steel hard line. Sounds like this will see some track time. Watch your routing as you can create new problems in getting the car tech'd for racing. Read the rules twice and ask, either people with known experience or a tech guy personally. Rubber lines, Firewall, Venting, and trans tunnel are issues.
