Fuel tank compatibility

Will a '68 Valiant fuel tank fit into a '73 Dart Sport? I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but just want to be sure. I know there are always some slight differences across the years.

If not I have the tank that came out of my '73 Duster that was acid etched and coated......it has been out of my car for about and year...it will need flushed out but it's in good shape and it comes with straps and a newer pick-up and sending unit...If your intrested PM me.
