Here is how I converted the fuel tank hanger on my 1967 Dart Gt Convertible from a single strap to double strap system.
I am sorry that I do not have any dimensions to go by. I think by looking at the photos you can get close.
The front hangers were cut from an old worn out concrete saw blade and drilled to fit over the top shock mount bolts.
I made the straps from 1/8" x 1 1/4" flat steel. They are a little thick but at the time nothing thinner was available to me.
The rear hangers for the sump before bending are 4" x 6". These are bolted in place with 1/4" x 1/2" carriage bolts and Nyloc nuts.
I used 3/8" x 6" carriage bolts and 3/8" Nyloc nuts at the rear.
