Fuel tanks gaskets

age and formula
Not to mention the formula is probably ethanol compatible now. I had a 92 Chevy that needed a new fuel pump, it was a variable fuel car (M85 not E85). I got to an engineer that worked for the manufacturer of the pump and he stated that all of the pumps available were built with Ethanol resistant seals. and since M85 was not readily available it would be fine to run on E85 which I did one numerous occasions.

THAT being said NOS seals will be an unknown

Has anyone compared the diameter and thickness of the 6031475 to the 1948757 / 3404451.
Look how many seals DMT has sold and read the entire description.

The 3404451 were some I ordered off E-bay that turned to mush. I did order some from DMT and those just arrived. They are not the glossy plastic looking ones like the other E-bay ones or the ones that came with the sender........a more dull finish. I just put one in tonight so we'll see how they work. Thanks for all of the input guys!
