Need to replace fusible link on the 66 Barracuda.

Anybody know what amp rating I should install?

The firewall connector is broke or melted for just that one wire. Thinking I'm going to solder a fusible link wire on the existing blade and just stick it back in there any thoughts or better way to do this?

If the link is still good and the only problem is the connector is bad where it goes into the bulkhead connector, I would maybe think about pulling the wire on the inside of the car at the bulkhead connector. It should go to the amp gauge. Take the wire off the back of the amp. gauge, run a new wire from the gauge straight thru the complete bulkhead and out to the existing end of the link, you might solder it as you mentioned just solder it as close to the connector as you can so as not to melt any of the fusable link from the heat of soldering.
