Well I did it. I left the gas cap for "Hester" on the trunk lid and drove off...

I am in deep do-do.

I went back to the gas station... not there.

Up and down my street.... not there.

Found one that locks on E-bag but waaaaay to expensive.

So I am putting out feelers and asking, "Does anyone have on just laying around or know of where I can get one reasonably priced?"

Let me or my husband "grumpuscreature" know.

they are a hard to find the later models are differant the last one i sold fetched 40.00 on ebay good luck
 
search on here-- (daimraider) not sure if that's the correct spelling -- custom makes caps for the early a bodies-- nice item and decent price, they are out there, Lawrence

Nice job of the members getting you out of the "deep do-doo" situation.
