Gas prices uugghhh!

Being that I commute from Indianapolis to Chicago every week and that I finally have a decent looking A body that runs good I was kinda looking forward to driving the 66 cuda to work quite a bit this summer. Now I don't know if I can afford to. It's just a cruiser and not really built for speed. I did just pick up a 2.76 pumpkin for the 8.75 and I keep eyeballing the old cast iron 2bl manifold and carb sitting on the shelf. Anyone else thinking about modifying their ride this summer?

I think small 4 barrels are more efficient as long as you keep your foot out of it because they usually have smaller primares that 2 barrels. The gas prices also makes my dad want to put an over drive 4 speed in the Barracuda in place of the original.
