My sending unit works but its original. I want to get it rebuild so I don't have to worry for another 50 years. 69 Barracuda. Tried to contact John Wolf but no reply. Any other suggestions? Thanks

There is really only one part that wears out. Assuming rust is not an issue.

I called and sent an email but no reply to either. With so many businesses folding I don't want to just send it and hope. Right now its at work in a box ready to go out. It was working perfectly but I dont want to open the tank more than necessary. Got a Spectra in there now, been in about 3 years and doesn't work.
I spoke to John Wolfe this past Monday. His guy that did the fuel sending units retired. The company doesn't restore them anymore. He didn't have a recommendation for another company either.
There is a "how to" here for repairing the sender.
