I was working on my carb today ,for the 25th time, and after getting done came in to wash. I saw the woolite pet stain and odor remover sitting there so what the heck, gave it a try, put it on rubbed my hands together, let it set for a couple minutes and no more gas smell.

Thanks Bruce. That is a pretty good tip.

After I clean a bunch of fish I use a drop or two of vanilla on my hands.
It helps to wipe down the counter top and inside the sink with it also.

Never tried it for gas.

When I worked in the restuarant and we handled fish, we would wet our hands, dump some salt on, rub around hands, rinse THEN wash with soap. Took the smell out pretty well. Also works with onions.

We used to use salt and lemon after cleaning fish. Worked great. Go-jo Orange seems to take the gas smell out too.
