Hi,
A 195 75 14 is about 25.5" tall, so I don't think that's your issue. Try putting the rear axle up on jack stands marking the drive shaft, placing the trans in neutral, and turning the rear wheels one revolution while counting how many times the drive shaft turns. This will give you an objective value for your rear axle ratio.
