getting steering column out of gearbox?

i got steering column unbolted gearbox unbloted pulling it out of gearbox it get stuck at end of it is there something holding it to the end of the gearbox or does it just take some force to pull it out?

There's a lock pin right at the joint and steering box. Take that out, and it should slide right out.

Use the right size straight punch and pound out the roll pin that is at the end of the column where it attaches to the steering box.
