Over the years, work has taken me all across the US and Canada, to Hong Kong (2X), South Korea (3X), China (8X), Saudi Arabia (2X), Jordan (7X), Italy, Costa Rica, and now one of the US states where commercial marijuana growth is legal. As an engineer, it is my job to reduce energy costs and improve crop production. I don't consume the product, haven't since my youthful fling in 1985. But when folks ask, "What do you do?", I'm tempted to say, "I work on a pot farm" instead of "engineering".
