Glove box door

How do I remove the bezel around the glove box door? All screws are out,door is off,.Service manual shows a door with a lock,mine does not lock(no key slot). I don't want to break it by prying. Any ideas ??

Don't know for sure but I think you have to remove the non locking tab ( where a key lock would be).

There also might be some strip adhesive between bezel and metal door.

Post a photo or two.

Lastly what year, trim, car model?
