So I ordered an aftermarket go wing for my Duster and installed it the other day. The wing looks great on the car but now the issue is that when I open the trunk lid, it no longer stays open due to the weight of the wing. The wing is made of plastic and does not weigh that much but enough that my trunk lid does not stay open. Is there any way to tighten up the hinges? Or do I need a different set of hinges to keep the trunk lid open with the wing?

You should have torsion bar like springs that can be adjusted to another notch .

If you look under the package tray in the trunk, you will notice the lid is held up by....torsion bars. They look like minurature Diplomat bars as they run side to side.

There should be 4 holes in the trunk plate.
Climb into the trunk with light, block the lid so it will not latch and then pry the end of 1 torsion bar out and move it 1 hole and then test it. If it still falls, do the other side 1 hole and test again. Continue till you run out of holes or fix the problem.
