So, I've finally decided to bite the bullet and get a space at Chrysler's this year. I've been there many years since it started, but never selling parts. I know there's new regs as far as paperwork you have to have to sell, but from what I've read it doesn't look like too big a hassle. If any of you that have been selling there for years have any good tips or advice about the event and/or timing please chime in. I'm planning on getting there Thursday evening around 5-6 pm and setting up then staying Friday and Saturday and leave Saturday night only because I've got to be to work Sunday morning. I'll chime back in this week when I get my spot reserved. I've been told by their staff that there's still several left and that they're not in outlying areas which is both positive and negative at the same time....
Here is a partial list of some things I'll have there. I don't mean for this to be a for sale ad, so please keep any commentary about the items to a minimum. I'd be more than glad to meet up with anyone down there.
(2) sets of chrome MOROSO BB valve covers - brand new
(1) set stock steel BB valve covers
(2) open 8-3/4 rear pumpkins
(3) BB stock oil pans - not for a bodies
(1) BB water pump and housing - pump is brand new - housing is CI
(1) set SB Hedman Headers
(1) set SB M/T valve covers
(1) 1971 360 motor disassembled -no pistons or intake/carb, short block with J heads to go with it
(1) set J heads - never disassembled - need cleaned up and checked
(1) set 516 BB Heads - need cleaned and checked
(1) set 906 BB Heads - need cleaned and checked
(1) stock SB 4bbl intake CI
(1) stock set steel SB valve covers
(1) SB 727 trans - ran when pulled from '66 coronet - cleaned/painted black
(3) stock cast BB cranks - I believe (2) 440 and (1) 400 - I'll be sure before the show
(2) '67-'69 Barracuda bumpers - cores
(1) pair of '67 Barracuda tail lights - poor condition
(1) set of '67-'69 Barracuda FB drip rail upper trim
(1) set of '67-'69 Barracuda door weather strip retainer trim - vertical only
(2) Holley 780 Carbs - rebuilt several years ago - dry on the shelf since
(1) '67-'69 Barracuda Front Valance
(1) stack of pulleys - various applications
(1) '67 Barracuda (a body) column shift manual steering column (red)
(1) '67 Barracuda center trunk trim panel - OK condition
(1) set of '68+ sedan windshield trim
