Good build for 904 (400 h.p.)

I am installing a mp 390hp crate motor into d-100 short bed. I want to rebuild the a998 trans that is in it - I need help on the build to make sure it will hold the power I have been told so many things my head is about to explode. The powerplant should put down 410-430 hp and 440-460 ft-lbs I'm just looking for info on best way to spend the money - I have been told I need low ratio gear set, bolt in sprag, 5 clutch hub, etc. - This will be a mostly street vehicle with some time at strip - will have a 3.90 rear gear. any help will be great!!!
