grant 4313 adapter

Need a grant 4313 adapter kit to install a new steering wheel on a 1969 Plymouth Valiant, having a hard time finding one, had one on order from summit for over a month. Also how do you get the horn cover off to remove the orgional steering wheel, I tried pushing in and turning to the left, but so far it is not coming off.

Got the horn button off, now if I could find a mounting kit for the new steering wheel.

Got a 4313 mounting kit from Spider Performance, had to buy a new steering wheel too, because they only sell them as a package deal with a new steering wheel, I like the new steering wheel better so it worked out great.
