thank-you. I will measure the one I am replacing. I think it's a 13". Truck is in storage out of town. All I really need is the horn parts. Mine bolts right to the column without an adapter. It looks like your is the same bolt pattern. Do the horn buttons work without the adapter?

Judging by the hole patterns it looks like that wheel is also pre-drilled to fit the factory Tuff Wheel/Rimblow adaptors and horn switch.
