Evening folks,
Working on a '72 Duster, installing '75 UCA. When I removed the upper ball joint it was very obviously well greased upon installation, the threads that is. Neither the FSM nor the directions which came with the new ball joints say to do this. Seems to me like it was a good thing that it was done as it kept it from rusting up.
Should I grease the threads when I install the new one?
Thanks,
C
