Great looking A-body at SEMA

-
Things I would change.
Chrome bumper.
Chrome window trim.
Big if...if someone wants two tone paint then:
Don't have a black hood and black half reverse landau top paint.
If someone wants accent paint use the body side lines for a bill board effect.
And then the headlight surround can be black instead of silver.
That would complement the black tail light panel better.
That's a big if. I tried black on one side once.
Those body lines better be razor straight.
So then you would have three separated black areas.
Front grill, back panel and side panels.
More balance.

As for the SEMA car...It's so damn rare that someone can significantly change the appearance of a known (and well liked) body style and not create something that some folks will love, some folks will hate. When it's a car that is one of your favorites, the odds are very high that someone else's vision is going to rub you the wrong way.

Personally, I see a ton of really nice work, a gorgeous paint color, an interesting engine bay...and a whole lot else that I don't personally like but I appreciate that our A Bodies are finally getting some well deserved attention.

I just now noticed that that’s actually really dark green!

I like it! I'm bored with the same old stock stuff. I think this is well done and not over the top.
