I am the owner of a 1974 Scamp, had it for 6 years now and finally getting into the position to do some things. I am going for a new engine/trans/rearend to make it run below 13 seconds in the 1/4 and still look fairly stock, and still be very streetable. My thoughts are 1. Mopar Crate 360 2. TCI streetfigther transmission 3. not sure about the rear end, probably find some one locally to do a custom job, cause I want really big slicks. If anyone has tips or suggestions, I appreciate it.
