Grill restoration paint question

I am in the final stages of restoring a 71 shark tooth grill.
I know the correct black is satin, but was the Argent
Silver the one that Mopar sells without texture or was the original paint the "textured" Argent Silver?
I asked Totally Auto, but they said that it was not textured.
Need to confirm with you Veterans.

my '71 is a 60k mile car, with the body and paint all original,and my grill is non textured. you can tell its thats how its supposed to be. ive seen people do em in the textured, and it does look good, sometimes. but i would think think the textured would be a pain to clean.
